Browse the FlameSneakers website and choose the shoes, clothing, or accessories you like.
You can explore different categories, check product photos, compare styles, and use the search bar to quickly find specific items.



Step 2: Select Size and Add to Cart
After choosing your product, please select the correct size and click “Buy Now” or add the item to your cart.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact our customer service team before placing the order. We can help you choose a more suitable size based on your usual size, foot length, and fit preference.

Step 3: Fill in Your Shipping Information
Please enter your full shipping address, contact information, and email address carefully during checkout.
Your contact information is very important because we will use it to confirm your order details, send QC photos, and provide your tracking number after shipment.
Please make sure your address, phone number, and email are correct before completing payment.


Step 4: Complete Your Payment
Once your order information is complete, you can proceed with payment securely.
After payment is confirmed, the FlameSneakers team will begin processing your order.
If you have any special requests, such as size notes, product details, or delivery requirements, please leave a note at checkout or contact our support team directly.

Step 5: Order Confirmation
After successful payment, our customer service team will confirm your order information with you through WhatsApp or email within 24 hours on working days.
Please check the order details carefully, including product name, size, color, shipping address, and contact information.
If everything is correct, please reply:
“Everything is correct.”
If you do not receive our confirmation message, please check your spam or junk mailbox, or contact our customer service team for support.

Step 6: QC Photos Before Shipment
Before shipment, FlameSneakers will provide QC photos for your order by WhatsApp or email.
QC photos usually include multiple angles such as the side profile, front view, heel, outsole, size label, shoe box, and packaging details.
In most cases, QC photos are provided within 1–3 working days. Some items may take longer if the product is temporarily out of stock or requires additional preparation.
After reviewing the QC photos, if everything looks good, please reply:
“Everything is correct.”
Once QC is confirmed, we will arrange shipment for your order.
Step 7: Shipment and Tracking Number
After you confirm the QC photos, FlameSneakers will arrange shipment as soon as possible.
Once the courier provides the tracking number, our customer service team will send you the shipping photo, tracking number, and tracking website through WhatsApp or email.
Tracking information is usually provided within 5–7 working days after QC confirmation, depending on the courier update speed.
Step 8: Delivery Time
After shipment, delivery usually takes around 9–12 working days. In some cases, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local courier updates, weather, holidays, or other logistics factors.
If your tracking information has not updated for a long time, please contact our customer service team. We will help you check the package status and provide support.
