FlameSneakers Return & Exchange Policy
At FlameSneakers, we are fully committed to providing you with a 100% satisfactory shopping experience. We provide QC (Quality Control) photos before shipment for your approval. Once you confirm and approve the QC, we consider that you are satisfied with the product. Therefore, after receiving the shoes, we generally do not accept after-sales requests based purely on subjective feelings (such as personal dissatisfaction with appearance or minor details).
To ensure a smooth process, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email before returning any items. Kindly provide the reason for return along with relevant videos and photos. We will then provide the return address.
Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange service from the date of delivery (upon signing for the package).
We Accept Refunds in the Following Situations
- The package is seized by customs during transportation — we will reship a new pair or provide a full refund.
- The style or size received differs from what you ordered or confirmed in the QC photos.
- The products have serious quality defects (e.g., glue opening, major stitching failure, etc.).
In the above cases, FlameSneakers will take full responsibility.
Returns for Personal Reasons
We understand that preferences can change. Therefore, we accept returns and exchanges due to personal reasons such as “don’t like the shoes” or “size does not fit perfectly” within the 7-day window.
Conditions:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Original outbound shipping fees paid by FlameSneakers will be deducted from the refund.
- Items must be returned unworn, in brand new condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- The return package must successfully arrive at our warehouse without being seized or damaged by customs. If we do not receive the package or it arrives damaged, we cannot process the return or exchange.
Returns & Refunds Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases
- You ordered the wrong style or size due to personal error.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, resulting in non-delivery (re-delivery can be arranged, but no refund).
- Refusal to assist with customs clearance or pay applicable duties (common in countries such as Mexico and Peru).
- Failure to sign for the package in time or refusal to accept delivery.
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Return requests submitted without prior approval from customer service or after the 7-day window.

FlameSneakers is headquartered in China. International returns involve high shipping costs and longer processing times. We sincerely recommend confirming the QC photos carefully before shipment and choosing the right size and style to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for both sides.
